Viktoriya Petrova is a certified residential real estate appraisal in the State of Arizona, covering Maricopa and Pinal Counties. 

Viktoriya P. started her appraising training in January of 2013 and has been a  certified residential real estate appraiser since 2016. Viktoriya has completed numerous residential appraisals of properties in urban, suburban and rural markets Including various complex assignments. Viktoriya is FHA approved. 

Viktoriya P. aims to provide accurate and dependable appraisals backed up by thorough research and data analysis. 

Viktoriya Petrova became an AI Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute in March of 2024 having achieved the prestigious SRA Designation.  As a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, she has made a commitment to advanced education, higher ethical requirements and elevated expectations for the appraisal profession as a whole.
